Returns Policy

Returns Policy :

 
1. In the unlikely event of faulty workmanship an exchange or full refund including postal charges will be given.
 
2. If you decide to return the item/s for any reason then returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be unsoiled, undamaged and in an unused condition in order for us to issue a refund or exchange. Please note, that due to the nature of the product many loose dog hairs will cling to the inner lining of the coats when fitted for the first time. Please remove all dog hairs either with tweezers or fingertips...a vacuum cleaner will not work.Returns will not be accepted under any conditions if dog hair is present
 
3. Returns must be in the original packaging or other suitable protective packaging to avoid goods being damaged during the return process. It is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us and to cover return postage and insurance costs.

5. Please include a covering note with your parcel, telling us your name, contact telephone number and whether you would like a refund or exchange. In the event of an exchange please tell us what coat you require.Please also include a cheque for the covering postage of exchanged item/s.If no covering cheque is sent, then your exchanged item/s will not be dispatched until received. 
 
6. For non-exchanged goods, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.This value excludes postal charges.
 
7. If goods sent back are accepted, then a refund will be issued to the value of the garment only, less postal charges and re-stocking fee.
