All items sent to UK mainland destinations are delivered First Class by the Royal Mail and will need to be signed for upon delivery. Most goods sent will reach their destination within 24hrs once the order has been processed. During the lead up to the festive period or abnormal weather conditions (snow, iced roads etc) please allow up to four working days for delivery of your package prior to contacting us if concerned about loss of order.
The following is a guideline for postal charges (Apr 2013) :
For one item to be sent to a UK mainland address then the average cost is £6.25. However, this charge will vary up or down slightly depending on the model of coat chosen. Expect to pay approximately £9.25 for two coats to be sent together.
For items shipped to the Republic of Ireland, please multiply this average UK cost by a factor of two.
